ADHD coaching is different from general coaching because it’s built for the way ADHD brains actually work. We focus on the unique patterns of attention, motivation, and energy that come with ADHD, using approaches that are flexible, practical, and strengths-based. It’s not about “trying harder” — it’s about finding strategies that fit you, so change feels possible and sustainable.

No. We work with how your brain works, diagnosis or not. It’s not about the label, it’s about you and how you process and experience the world and finding a narrative for you. Some clients come to me years after diagnosis; others are still exploring it. What matters most is your curiosity about what might work better for you.

While many clients come to me for professional reasons, ADHD doesn’t switch off at 5pm. The tools and insights you gain often ripple into your relationships, home life, and personal wellbeing.

That can sometimes be more common than you think and a challenge of ADHD. What can we do is also learn about those aspects of ourselves and the true values that we can tap into to coninue the motivation later down the line. There’s also a huge part of this, and that is learning to be kind to ourselves. We work with strengths, challenges and get to know those wider aspects of you. Here, we co-design the pace, tools, and focus areas so they feel natural enough to use and flexible enough to last.

Yes, but not by “pushing harder” which is a way you might be used to. We’ll explore your interest-based nervous system, the way your brain lights up for some tasks and shuts down for others, and use that as a guide for designing strategies and an energy map that feel doable and keep momentum going.
